*A cup of health!! A mug of green tea is brimming with antioxidants that has been linked to cancer prevention and a lower risk of heart disease. To get the benefits, scientists believe you need to drink three to four 8-ounce cups/daily, which equals about 60 to 120 milligrams of caffeine a day. This is less caffeine than in one regular cup of coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine or pregnant, check with your doctor before enjoying that tea.

Chicken Wrap with Curry-Mango Mayonnaise

Yield: 4 servings

*1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
*1/2 cup finely chopped peeled mango
*3/4 teaspoon curry powder
*1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
*2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
*1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
*1/4 cup chopped onion
*4 whole wheat flatbreads
*4 red-leaf lettuce leaves

1) Combine first 4 ingredients (through ground red pepper) in a medium bowl. Add chicken, bell pepper and onion; stir to combine.
2) Divide chicken mixture evenly among flatbreads (about 1/2 cup each), spreading to cover half of each flatbread. Top chicken mixture with 1 lettuce leaf. Roll up and serve.
