*A message from your trainer:
Aside from yourself, there is no one who wants you to succeed and reach your physical fitness goals more than I do. As you well know, there is no quick fix--no magic pill or elixir. Just as you have worked damned hard for the successes in your professional lives, the same holds true with physical fitness. If you want results--work for them. The actual time you invest in your body is commensurate with the results. The harder you work, the bigger the payoff. That means all of you should be doing homework outside of our sessions. Monitoring your food intake, doing cardio and doing extra resistance training are your responsibilities. Of course, I am always there to guide you and coach you and to monitor your "homework". Finally, remember that consistency is the key and that you CAN achieve results!! It's a process, and I'm with you every step of the way.
