*Mazel Tov to Elana and Avi on the birth of their first granddaughter April 21st!!! What a blessing!

*As we enter the running season, let's discuss some sensitive issues:
-If you get the runs while running (YUCK), cut down on fat, fiber, sugar and dairy before you run. Wait two to three hours after eating before running. Also, dehydration can cause diarrhea. You know you are drinking enough water if your urine is lemonade color.
-Do you chafe between your thighs or along your bra line? Use Body Glide or Vaseline anywhere chafing occurs. Men, use these lubricants on your nipples before long runs, unless you run shirtless.

Curried Turkey Salad



Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
*1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
*4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
*2 teaspoons curry powder
*1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
*1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
*5 cups chopped cooked turkey
*1 cup chopped red bell pepper
*3 tablespoons fresh basil
*1 cup shredded carrots
*6 cups mixed baby salad greens

1) Put yogurt, lime juice, curry powder, red pepper and salt in a bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth. Fold in the chopped turkey, chopped red bell pepper, basil and carrots.
2) Arrange 1 1/2 cups of the mixed baby greens on each of 4 plates. Spoon 1 cup of the turkey salad on each plate and serve.
