*Don't have enough time for exercise? However, many people do seem to squeeze in a couple of hours of television each day. MULTITASK!! During the the first commercial break, do in-place lunges. For the first commercial, lead with the left leg, and during the second commercial, lead with the right leg. During the second commercial break, do crunches. Incorporate bench dips (for the triceps) off of the couch and push-ups into the remaining commercial breaks. Other exercise ideas: marching in place, chair squats, balance exercises and stretching.

Greek-Style Pizza



Yield: 4 servings (Serving size: 2 slices)

Ingredients:
*1 (12") prepared pizza crust
*1/2 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
*1/2 cup chopped bottled roasted yellow bell peppers
*2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
*black pepper, to taste
*1 1/4 cups baby spinach leaves

1) Heat oven to 450. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust; top with roasted yellow peppers, goat cheese and black pepper.
2) Bake 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle spinach leaves evenly over the hot pizza and cut into 8 equal slices.
