*THE FATE OF PROJECT YOU FINDINGS....As I follow in Oprah Winfrey's footsteps, I announce with mixed emotions that Project You Findings will cease publication at the end of this year. It has been a wonderful 10 year run, and I am very excited as Project You Fitness ushers in 2010 with a new way of communicating to all of you. Stay tuned throughout December for the titillating details!

*Studies have shown that women who drank 3 or more cups of coffee each day were 30% less likely to have a decline in memory than women who had just one cup of coffee per day or less. However, experts still recommend keeping your daily caffeine intake to no more than four 8-ounce cups per day. Now off to Caribou Coffee!

Turkey Sandwich with Spicy Cranberry Spread

Yield: 4 servings (Serving Size: 1 sandwich)

*1/2 cup leftover cranberry sauce
*2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
*1 teaspoon horseradish
*8 (1-ounce) slices whole-wheat bread
*12 ounces cooked, thinly sliced turkey
*4 large green leaf lettuce leaves
*4 (1-ounce) slices Asiago cheese

1) Put cranberry sauce, mustard and horseradish in a small bowl and mix together.
2) Toast the bread slices.
3) Spread 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each of 4 slices of bread.
4) Layer 3 ounces of turkey, 1 lettuce leaf and 1 slice of cheese on each of the bread slices with the cranberry sauce. Top each sandwich with the remaining slice of bread.
