Flank Steak Garlic Teraya



Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:
*3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
*1-2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
*1 teaspoon ginger
*12 ounces flank steak
*nonstick cooking spray

1) Preheat broiler. Spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2) In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, garlic and ginger. Rub mixture on steak; let stand 10 minutes. Place steak on broiler rack and broil 4" from heat for 3-5 minutes per side or until done to taste. Be careful not to overcook lean beef.
3) Slice steak thinly across the grain.
